Felix's Snazzy Sling

Nicola got a great new baby-wearing sling this week. It is stylish and comfortable! Nicola really enjoys being able to have her hands free, while still holding Felix. So far Felix enjoys the side-lying and the upright positions the most.

This blog started out as a chronicle of Felix, (or Pepicek as we affectionately call him) and his life so far in a family with two moms, two cats, one live-in auntie, 500 perennials and more weeds than we can shake a stick at, one beautiful old house with more than its share of needed repairs, one civil service job and one job in the non-profit industrial complex, a teaspoon of cynicism, and unlimited hope for social justice and equality for all. In addition to anecdotes on Felix's life and developments, it has also become a place of reflection for me (Felix's mama Nicola), on all aspects of life with a little one, while trying to lead a happy, healthy, loving, creative, justice-filled, and moderately caffeinated existence.
