Felix's blueprint for his playhouse that is at the top of the list on the summer house project agenda. It needs to have a secret escape hatch, triangular windows, multiple stories, and a doorbell with multiple chimes. If possible, he'd like a second playhouse next to it where his parents can hang out. All other projects have been tabled.
